Our client is on the hunt for an exceptional individual to take the helm of their Hardware Engineering department working fulltime (3640 hours per week). If youre poised to manage and enhance engineering operations on an international scale we invite you to consider this opportunity.
As the International Manager of Hardware Engineering youll be at the forefront of the engineering team steering daily operations while overseeing project planning execution outsourcing financial oversight and ensuring topnotch quality.

Your Role Will Involve:
Leading the engineering teams across multiple locations;
Overseeing project timelines budgets and quality standards;
Tackling complex technical challenges and providing guidance;
Coordinating with Supply Chain Management to align on progress and material selections;
Implementing and monitoring efficient work processes;
Keeping abreast of market innovations and steering R&D standardization and enhancement initiatives.
What Youll Need:
A track record of leadership in an Engineering department;
Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics;
Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and dedicated mindset;
Proficiency in Dutch German and English communication;
Familiarity with Eplan is beneficial.
