Job Description
Our client is in the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) industry which comprises Early Childhood Development Centres such as infant care child care and preschool services. They are currently looking out for an Accounts Payable to be part of their growing team!
Job Description:
- Daily Accounts Payable (AP) function which includes keying in of supplier invoices and preparing payments to vendors
- Ensure purchases and payments adhere to Company policy
- Liaise with internal and external customers on payment related matters
- Problem solving related to 3rd party payment matters
- Monthly Vendor reconciliation
- Prepare Withholding Tax forms for foreign suppliers if required
- Perform any other duties as assigned
- Assist Finance team members & other designated staff as directed by the Finance Manager
Key Requirements:
- Minimum Accounting diploma / degree
- Minimum 1 year of working experience
- Experience in bookkeeping / Accounting experience / debt collection
- Excellent communication skills oral and written English numeracy & analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills dealing with children adults of different cultures & backgrounds
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
Additional Information:
Location:Marine Parade Central
Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 6:15pm)
