Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Several years of progressive HR experience with a focus on business partnerships.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices employment laws and industry trends.
Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with all levels of the organization.
SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Planning
Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support these objectives.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives aligned with business priorities.
2. Employee Relations
Serve as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations matters.
Handle complex employee issues investigations and conflict resolution.
Promote a positive work environment and foster a culture of open communication.
3. Talent Management
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and contribute to recruitment strategies.
Support the talent acquisition process including interviewing selection and onboarding.
Work on succession planning talent development and career pathing.
4. Performance Management
Collaborate with leaders to establish performance goals and ensure performance management processes are effective.
Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and employee development initiatives.
5. Training and Development
Identify training needs within the business and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.
Support career development initiatives and mentorship programs.
6. Compensation and Benefits
Provide guidance on compensation strategies including salary benchmarking and incentive programs.
Collaborate with benefits administrators to ensure competitive and attractive benefit offerings.
7. HR Metrics and Reporting
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide datadriven insights to support decisionmaking.
Prepare regular reports for management on key HR indicators.
8. Legal Compliance
Stay current on labor laws and regulations to ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance.
Work with legal counsel as needed to address employmentrelated legal matters.
9. Change Management
Support organizational change initiatives by facilitating communication and helping employees adapt to changes.
