Cyclomedia has seen strong business growth over the recent years and to keep further accelerating our growth we have a new opportunity for a Payroll Officer in our HR team.
As a Payroll Officer you are responsible for efficiently managing our European payroll process and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers for all Payrollrelated questions and oversee together with your HR colleagues the hiring and onboarding process of our European team.
- Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time for all employees
- Acting as a first point of contact for managers and employees regarding various Payrollrelated matters but also around the monthly payroll expat questions and personnel administration
- Providing support to our Finance department for the annual closure using the necessary reports on headcount personnel costs etc.
- Guiding and facilitating employees on IND procedures working permits visas and 30 % ruling questions
- Maintaining various portals like Nmbrs UWV IND Arbodienst pension portal lease company and ATS system Recruitee
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process and preparing employment contracts.
- Process employee terminations and conduct exit interviews.
- Proactively advising optimization of the HR processes and procedures
- Assist in HR reporting and data analysis as needed.
- Participating in various HR projects
- Preparing internal communication
- Consulting with the employer and identifying employment needs
Job requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Finance Human Resources or equivalent work experience (PDL is pr)
- 3 years experience in payrolling processing and HR administration
- Excellent Dutch and English language
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong financial acumen
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Good knowledge of the HR fundamentals including Dutch employment legislation
- Driven by a strong sense of integrity and professional ethics
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships
