Responsibilities

  • Foster and nurture strong client relationships serving as their primary point of contact and trusted consultant/advisor within the Group.
  • Gain a deep understanding of clients business goals objectives and challenges providing strategic guidance and innovative solutions to drive their success in the digital landscape.
  • Embrace a creative and innovative mindset acting as a strategic storyteller to promote clients brands through a combination of technology branding and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to identify opportunities for leveraging web3 VR AR and immersive/interactive technology to enhance their branding marketing and communication strategies.
  • Take the lead in developing and executing innovative digital campaigns and projects leveraging cuttingedge technologies and industry trends.
  • Oversee and manage the delivery of client projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
  • Act as a liaison between clients internal teams and external vendors effectively communicating client requirements feedback and expectations.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and crossselling opportunities to expand client accounts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in web3 VR AR and immersive technology sharing insights and knowledge with clients and internal teams.
  • Serve as a thought leader and advocate for the Groups digital capabilities actively participating in industry events conferences and networking opportunities.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members offering support professional development opportunities and fostering their growth.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a clientfacing role within the digital marketing AdTech MarTech or advertising industry.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing communications business or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered). Advanced degrees or certifications related to digital marketing or emerging technologies are a plus.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English languages.
  • Extensive track record in effectively managing regional and global accounts.
  • Strong expertise and understanding of web3 VR AR and immersive technology with a proven track record of successfully implementing these technologies in client campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and cultivate client relationships with a strategic focus on account management and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Track record of leading and overseeing digital projects from start to finish including project planning resource allocation and budget management.
  • Indepth understanding of digital marketing principles best practices and uptodate knowledge of industry trends and innovations.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze data extract insights and provide datadriven recommendations to clients.
  • Experience collaborating with crossfunctional teams including designers developers and strategists to deliver highquality digital solutions.
  • Proactive mindset with a knack for anticipating client needs identifying growth opportunities and offering strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills.
