This is your chance to join a dynamic team where youll be the hero for customers facing car troubles across Europe. As our Multilingual Customer Care Coordinator you should be fluent at least in 2 of the following languages with C1 English: Polish Lithuanian Czech German.
Youll be the key communicator bridging the gap between customers drivers and dealerships to get them back on the road quickly.
Heres what youll be doing:
- Be the champion for customers listen to their needs and ensure a smooth breakdown resolution process.
- Act as the communication hub liaise between customers drivers and dealerships in their native languages (Czech Polish Lithuanian German).
- Utilize our systems efficiently manage breakdown cases and keep all parties informed.
