Facility Manager 5day work week 9am6pm

The Company a prestigious organization is seeking a highly competent and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the redevelopment project of a block within their esteemed club premises. As a pivotal member of the 8person team you will be crucial in ensuring the seamless transition and management of facilities posthandover from the contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to showcase their expertise in facility management and project coordination.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the management of the redevelopment project for a block within the club premises ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.

  • Coordinate with the appointed project manager to oversee daytoday operations and address any issues that may arise during the project duration.

  • Assume responsibility for the facility management of other club facilities during the redevelopment period ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruptions to members and guests.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive facility management plans posthandover including maintenance schedules safety protocols and emergency response procedures.

  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for necessary services and supplies related to facility maintenance and operations.

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on basic engineering and renovation projects including alterations and additions (A&A) as needed.

  • Utilize property management software and tools to track and monitor facilityrelated data including maintenance requests work orders and asset inventories.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Surveying / Construction or relevant disciplines with professional qualifications.

  • Proven experience in facility management with a focus on renovation or redevelopment projects.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders and external vendors.

  • Knowledge of basic engineering principles and building codes with experience in alterations and additions (A&A) preferred.

  • Familiarity with property management software and tools for tracking and reporting facilityrelated data.

  • Demonstrated problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing facilityrelated issues.

  • Fluency in verbal and written communication in Cantonese and Chinese is required; written English is necessary for reporting and documentation.
