Position Title: Level 1 IT Support
Work Setup: Work Onsite
Salary: Php 18000.00 Php 22000.00
Schedule: 4:00 PM 6:00 AM PH Time (3 days a week totaling 42 hours per week)

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A LEVEL 1 IT SUPPORT
Responsibilities as a Level 1 IT Support:
Provide timely and effective support for hardware software and network issues including troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
Assist endusers with technical queries system access issues and software applications specifically with MS 365
Document and track support requests using our ticketing system ensuring accurate and detailed information is recorded.
Monitor and maintain the health of IT systems and infrastructure including performing routine checks and preventive maintenance.
Escalation: Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higherlevel IT support teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
Create and maintain user guides knowledge base articles and technical documentation for common issues and solutions.
Provide basic training to users on common IT tools and best practices for software and hardware use.
Inventory Management: Assist with the management of IT equipment inventory including tracking and configuring new hardware.
Qualifications as a Level 1 IT Support:
Associate s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Must have basic certification in Microsoft office.
Previous experience in a similar IT support role is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of computer hardware operating systems (Windows macOS) and common software applications (Microsoft Office email clients).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.
Demonstrated ability to provide highquality customer service and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
Ability to work night shifts and flexible hours as required.
