Requirements:
10 years extensive experience in designing and implementing comprehensive career development programs and initiatives preferably in the Defense sector
Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. L&D Organizational Development or a technical discipline). A Masters degree is a plus.
Strong understanding of technical roles competencies and career paths within the organization.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other elearning platforms.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of career development programs.
Professional certifications related to career development coaching or training are desirable.
