Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Proactively maintains guest service standards.
- Monitors motivates and develops activities to deliver an excellent guest experience consistently.
- Prioritizes safety while instructing/managing guests in various activities and programs.
- Engages proactively with guests to address queries and resolves guest situations effectively through various communication channels.
- Assumes lead roles as required such as Party Host Program Host Camp Leader and/or Supervisor.
- Actively promotes offerings including memberships events programs and merchandise based on guest needs.
- Completes housekeeping assignments ensuring cleanliness and safety of areas equipment and facilities per SOP.
- Performs any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- No prior experience required
- Good communication skills
- Prefer Singaporeans
- Able to travel to City Hall for work (5 day work week including work on1 weekend)
