We are seeking a motivated Telesales Agent to engage with prospective clients explain mDoc s services and drive subscriptions to our healthcare platform. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a customerfocused approach and the ability to meet sales targets in a fastpaced environment.
Client Engagement
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce mDoc s healthcare solutions and services.
- Answer client inquiries provide detailed information and resolve concerns to build trust and interest.
Sales Conversion
- Educate clients on the benefits of mDoc s platform tailoring your pitch to their specific needs.
- Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with organizational goals.
- Share feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and client experiences.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on mDoc s services features and industry trends to deliver informed and impactful sales pitches.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance your skills and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree.
- 1 2 years of experience in telesales customer service or a related role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fastpaced environment.

- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce HubSpot or Zoho CRM.
- Knowledge of healthcare or health tech services is a plus.
