The JET Group a Destination services provider in New York and New Jersey since 2007specializes in providing destination services for domestic and international relocating employees and students. With a focus on connecting individuals

with homes and communities they love the team is dedicated to outstanding service and attention to detail. we are looking for consultants to work remotely in the following areas.

Pennsylvania

Philadelphia

Malvern

King of Prussia

Harleysville

Michigan

Midland

The JET Group aims to make the relocation process seamless and enjoyable for clients.

Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Destination Services Consultant at The JET Group.

The consultant will be responsible for providing ontheground destination services

assisting clients with relocating to their desired communities and ensuring customer

satisfaction throughout the process. This role is completely remote. A fully coverage vehicle is required no older than 2018 and cannot be modified. A background check is required.

Qualifications

Analytical Skills and Consulting abilities

Excellent Communication skills

Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service

Ability to adapt to diverse client needs and preferences

Experience in real estate or relocation services is a plus

Detailoriented with exceptional organizational skills

Knowledge of local communities and amenities in New York and New Jersey

Bachelors degree in Business Hospitality or related field

Reliable transportation and full coverage insurance is required
