Senior Manager Management Consulting (business strategy) clientside opportunity
The hiring company a diverse conglomerate with operations in Hong Kong and China is currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join their team as a Senior Manager. In this pivotal role you will leverage your extensive business expertise to assist Executives in maximizing the profitability of their businesses. Your responsibilities will encompass reviewing financial statements and operational data engaging with department heads and employees to gain insights into company requirements and compiling comprehensive reports outlining strategies to enhance profitability.
Responsibilities
Provide expert consulting to the top management and senior executives offering strategic guidance and actionable recommendations to improve business performance and achieve organizational objectives.
Conduct indepth analysis of the companys business processes operations and market dynamics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Develop and implement effective business strategies including market entry plans organizational restructuring performance optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
Lead and manage consulting / special projects including project planning resource allocation timeline management and deliverable creation.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and internal stakeholders to drive change management efforts ensuring successful implementation of recommended solutions.
Conduct comprehensive research and data analysis to support strategic decisionmaking and develop factbased insights and recommendations.
Prepare and deliver highquality presentations and reports to communicate findings recommendations and project progress to senior leadership.
Stay updated on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies and leverage this knowledge to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Finance or a related field; advanced degree (MBA MS) preferred.
Minimum of 68 years of experience in management consulting business consulting or strategy consulting with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving business transformation.
Strong expertise in various consulting methodologies frameworks and tools such as SWOT analysis value chain analysis and business process reengineering.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage consulting engagements including project scoping resource allocation stakeholder management and project delivery.
Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information identify key insights and develop datadriven recommendations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English both written and verbal with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Strong business acumen and understanding of industry dynamics and market trends.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels of an organization.
