Job Description
- Responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies that align with the company goal and serve the purpose of the listening strategy.
- Craft employee focused communications engaging content managing internal cmmunication chanels and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Collaborate with leadersip to develop and implement effective change management communications.
- Identify and address resistance to change and work collaboratively with the Employee Experience team to overcome the challenges and foster a positive transition.
Requirements:
- Experience in project management
- Background on change management and organizational development
- Understanding of communication and engagement best practices
- Knowledge of using SharePoint as an internal communications tool
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office products)
