Responsible for managing all aspects of human resources in the store including recruitment and selection training and development performance management compensation and benefits employee relations and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the stores goals and objectives.
- Recruit and select top talent for the store through various recruitment channels and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Provide training and development opportunities to all employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage the performance management process including setting goals conducting performance reviews and providing feedback and coaching to employees.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations including employment laws health and safety and immigration regulations.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and fair pay and benefits for all employees.
- Address employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner and provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as department heads employees and external stakeholders such as government agencies and service providers.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in human resources business administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices including recruitment and selection training and development performance management compensation and benefits and employee relations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in managing HRrelated projects and initiatives.
- Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
