Job Description
Our client is looking for a Clinic Administrator to join their growing team.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 86pm
Location: Nearest MRT Napier
Job Description:
- Manage the daytoday operations of the clinic including scheduling staffing and facility maintenance.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Answering of inbound calls/emails and assist with enquires
- Making of outbound calls to patients and clinics
- To coordinate with clinics to ensure experience for patients are enhanced
- To make bookings and help with registrations of patients
- Assisting with other adhoc admin duties
Salary: Up to $3000
Requirements:
- Diploma or ITE qualification in any area
- Experience working in service industry is preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications like Word Excel and Outlook
