Job Description
As a Senior Openshift/Kubernetes Developer you will:
- Design and implement automation solutions and services within the Openshift/Kubernetes ecosystem utilizing advanced software engineering principles.
- Develop Openshift/Kubernetes operators using programming languages such as Go Java or C to enhance functionality and integration.
- Create robust monitoring solutions and implement security controls to ensure the stability and security of the Openshift/Kubernetes environment.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades of Openshift/Kubernetes clusters to optimize performance and reliability.
- Automate software release processes and develop comprehensive test automation frameworks to ensure reliability scalability and operational efficiency.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A strong foundation in computer science and software engineering with 5 years of experience in algorithms data structures and system design.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python Java C or Go with 25 years of handson development experience.
- Expertise in Linux operating systems and integrated development environments (IDEs) with 25 years of experience.
- Practical experience in containerization technologies like Docker and version control systems like Git with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proven problemsolving skills and the ability to tackle complex challenges in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines automation tools and scripting.
- Knowledge of development design patterns and Kubernetes application development or administration.
You should possess the ability to:
- Work independently and proactively while collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
- Address complex challenges using innovative solutions and best practices.
- Develop scalable and efficient automation processes.
- Communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
