As an Azure Cloud Engineer you will:
- Design implement and optimize Azurebased solutions focusing on services such as Azure Data Factory (ADF) Databricks (ADB) and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Develop and manage Azure Verified Module (AVM)based modules to support application teams.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable and efficient cloud solutions.
- Create and implement tools like Azure modules standard patterns and loggingmonitoringalerting (LMA) templates.
- Monitor troubleshoot and optimize Azure solutions while ensuring security and compliance best practices.
- Drive Cloud Adoption efforts including reference implementations and application assessments (6R framework).
- Conduct Cloud Skills Assessments and facilitate activities such as trainings coaching sessions and hackathons.
What You Bring to the Table:
- At least 5 years of combined experience in software development and cloud engineering with a minimum of 2 years focused on Azure services.
- Expertise in Azure Data services including Azure Functions Azure SQL Database Cosmos DB Azure Data Lake and Azure Data Factory.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines along with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep PowerShell Azure CLI and Bash scripting.
- Strong knowledge of cloudnative architectures containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes) and serverless computing.
- Handson experience with security and compliance best practices in Azure including IAM RBAC network security and data plane security.
- Familiarity with working in enterpriselevel production systems and guardrailed Azure Policies.
- Optional: Programming experience in Python or C# and understanding of APIs and microservices architecture
