Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Maintenance Technician to join our team for the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine troubleshooting diagnosis and repair to ensure the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical electrical and hydraulic issues with machines.
- Perform repairs on various types of machinery including but not limited to CNC machines conveyors and production equipment.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of machines.
- Inspect machines regularly to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities repairs and parts inventory.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure machines are operating safely and efficiently.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve machine performance.
Qualifications:
- Must have previous experience in machine troubleshooting diagnosis and repair.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work the 2nd shift and be available for overtime as needed.
