Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee the installation of HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) systems in buildings including ductwork piping and equipment selection
- Develop and implement maintenance programs for HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and recommend solutions
- Manage and supervise a team of engineers and technicians to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with architects contractors and other stakeholders to ensure HVAC systems are integrated seamlessly into building designs
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients and management
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Familiar with HVAC / ACMV
- At least 5 years of experience
