PR & Marketing Lead Web3 MarTech Lifestyle (native English)

Operating in key regions such as Hong Kong China Singapore Malaysia and Europe the Group remains committed to delivering exceptional services and driving innovation for its clients.
The Group is now seeking a dynamic and experienced PR & Marketing Lead to spearhead the overall brand marketing and communications strategies for the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO this inhouse role will be responsible for elevating the Groups brand presence and positioning across multiple touchpoints.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the companys comprehensive digital ecosystem including the website LinkedIn social media platforms and owned media outlets
Develop and execute engaging crosschannel content strategies (e.g. content calendars campaigns) to enhance the Groups brand visibility and thought leadership
Secure highprofile speaking opportunities for the senior management team at industry conferences summits and events
Proactively pitch and secure media coverage interviews and thought leadership placements for the Groups leadership
Identify and facilitate the companys involvement in relevant industry associations business networks and communities (e.g. Web3 fintech luxury retail)
Lead and mentor a team of 4 marketing and PR professionals (2 in China 2 in Hong Kong) to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing and PR efforts and provide datadriven recommendations for continuous improvement
Uphold and strengthen the Groups brand image DNA and values in all marketing and communications activities
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to align marketing and PR strategies with the overall business objectives
Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in PR and marketing
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in PR marketing or branding preferably in the technology luxury or consumer retail sectors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native or equivalent proficiency)
Proven track record of securing highimpact media coverage and building strong media relationships
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of marketing and PR professionals
Proficiency in digital marketing tools analytics and content management platforms
Strategic mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute datadriven brandbuilding plans
International vision and exposure with a deep understanding of global business dynamics
Passion for storytelling and leveraging technology to drive brand growth and engagement
