Together with other digital solution partners they have made accounting and financial reporting easier for our clients and their employees customers and suppliers.
About the role
Location KL/PJ
Hybrid 4 days/month (Work from office)
Job Description
- Manage a portfolio of accounting clients in Singapore.
- Prepare and maintain full set of accounts for Singapore SME clients
- Prepare monthend schedules and pass adjusting entries
- Analyse variances to clients
- Prepare GST returns
- Prepare monthly reporting packages for SME clients
- Operate accounting tax and HR softwares such as Xero Singtax HREasily PayBoy etc
- Liaise with clients auditors and regulatory authorities
- Provide XERO advisor support to the team & client.
- Drafting of financial statements.
- Perform tax computation.
- Perform monthly payroll.
- Preparation of XBRL and basic secretarial documents if needed.
- Support team members in any other jobs
- Perform any ad hoc or admin duties as assigned.
- Report to Consultant / Principal Consultant in Singapore.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting ACCA or equivalent
- Good command of English with ability to interact well with internal departments and external clients
- Preference for Chinese speaking candidates
- Selfmotivated independent proactive has great initiative & a team player
- Good learning attitude
- Good project and time management.
- Open to technology in adopting applications to perform work efficiently.
- Ability to work with large data set through software
- Preferably minimum 1 year of accounting and Xero accounting software experience
- Meticulous and organised.
MYR 3200 MYR 4200/month (Base Salary)
