Position: MFC Surface Treatment Process Engineer/Senior Engineer

Job Location: Kulim Kedah
Job Summary:
Responsible for surface treatment process design and providing process technical support.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Surface Treatment Process Design:
- Develop and implement surface treatment processes tailored to product requirements.
- Design process flows select appropriate materials and equipment and determine process parameters to achieve desired surface quality and performance.
2. Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide onsite technical support during production to address and resolve processrelated issues.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems offer practical solutions and ensure effective implementation to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
3. Process Optimization and Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and optimize existing surface treatment processes to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve quality.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive technological advancement and operational excellence.
4. New Technology Integration:
- Research and assess emerging surface treatment technologies and innovations.
- Evaluate the feasibility of new materials processes and equipment and integrate advanced technologies into existing processes to maintain competitive edge and meet evolving industry standards.
5. Quality Control and Assurance:
- Oversee quality control measures for surface treatment processes including developing and enforcing quality standards and inspection protocols.
- Monitor process performance analyze quality data and implement corrective actions to ensure that products meet or exceed quality specifications.
6. Documentation and Training:
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive process documentation including standard operating procedures technical manuals and process specifications.
- Conduct training sessions for production staff on surface treatment techniques process standards and safety protocols to ensure consistent and compliant operations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or above in Physics Chemical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Metallurgy or Materials Science.
- Over 1 year of experience in MFC semiconductor parts surface treatment.
- Knowledge of the basic properties of raw materials and equipment in the chemical and metallurgy industries as well as related production processes.
