Our client a wellestablished company in the immigration services sector is seeking an Immigration Presales Consultant to support its growing business. This role will focus on presales activities providing consultation and immigration expertise to prospective clients. The successful candidate will possess indepth knowledge of immigration processes and the ability to present complex solutions to clients clearly and persuasively.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their immigration needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct indepth consultations and presentations on immigration options helping clients navigate their choices.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into sales ensuring smooth transitions from inquiry to service delivery.
- Provide accurate information on immigration processes timelines and documentation requirements to prospective clients.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing proposals offering strategic insights and recommendations.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on immigration trends and policies.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the companys immigration services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Support the development of marketing materials and presentations to enhance the presales process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in immigration consulting preferably in a presales or clientfacing role.
- Strong understanding of immigration processes and requirements across different jurisdictions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Customerfocused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Ability to work closely with sales teams to support conversion efforts.
- Proficiency in MS Office with the ability to prepare professional documents and presentations.
- Highly organized able to manage multiple client interactions and followups.
