Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to lead our data science initiatives. As a Senior Data Scientist you will leverage your expertise in machine learning statistical analysis and data mining to solve complex problems and drive innovation. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects mentor junior team members and contribute to strategic decisionmaking.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of data science projects to address business challenges and opportunities.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project objectives scope and success criteria.
- Design and execute endtoend data science solutions including data collection preprocessing feature engineering model building and evaluation.
- Utilize advanced machine learning techniques and algorithms to extract insights and derive actionable recommendations.
- Mentor and coach junior data scientists providing guidance on technical skills best practices and project execution.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data science machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Contribute to the development of data science frameworks methodologies and tools to enhance productivity and scalability.
- Communicate findings and results to stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations reports and visualizations.
- Collaborate with data engineers and IT professionals to optimize data pipelines infrastructure and deployment processes.
- Lead research and experimentation to explore new data sources techniques and algorithms for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Masters or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science machine learning or related roles.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering complex data science projects from conception to completion.
- Expertise in machine learning algorithms statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R as well as data manipulation and analysis libraries.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think strategically and innovate creatively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Strong commitment to quality accuracy and continuous improvement.
