You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe currently have a vacancy for an IT Support Manager fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the companys premises or onsite at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment the successful candidate will be integrated with the companys development team which will closely cooperate with a major clients IT team on site.
Your tasks
Organization implementation and maintenance of Information Systems Support and Service Management;
Coordination of wiki sites collaborative sites and support teams;
Management and followup of user requests and service quality;
Participation in user service and project meetings.
Requirements
University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 15 years;
Minimum 5 years of specific expertise in enduser support of information systems;
Minimum 5 years of experience working with ITIL;
Minimum 5 years of experience in followingup of service quality (Capacity availability SLA breaches);
Minimum 5 years of experience in preparation of related documentation (User manuals Problems report KPI reports);
Minimum 5 years of specific expertise in implementation of support processes (Incident management Change management);
Minimum 3 years of experience in wiki and collaborative sites;
Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement related to service management;
Minimum 3years of experience in Confluence Jira and ServiceNow;
ITIL foundation certification will be considered an asset;
Excellent command of the English language.
