Job Description

Our Client is seeking a 46 year attorney for a position with our Real Estate Finance group in Dallas. This position will work on matters associated with CMBS lenders special and master servicers commercial banks insurers and private lenders with lending and loan servicing transactions nationwide. We are seeking a midlevel associate attorney with substantial experience in real estate financing work including preparation and negotiation of loan documents review of due diligence associated with real estate loan closings recapitalizations joint ventures and related corporate and financial transactions. This is a growth position in a collaborative practice with a clear path toward advancement within the firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

Real Estate Transactions: Experience with the financing acquisition and disposition of multiple asset types including retail industrial multifamily healthcare and hospitality.

AmLaw 200 Experience: Familiarity with the pace and expectations of sophisticated law firm work.

Strong academics: Candidates should be able to provide a transcript from a top tier law school.

Writing skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting.
