Brief about the role: Technical Architect
System/Solution Technology Architect for large transformational IT projects for Insurance Automotive companies.
The role is to provide bestfit technical solutions for one or more projects provide technical consultation and thought leadership to the project teams participate in competency development and help the overall transformational program meet the project goals in terms of schedule budget and quality/scope.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop the technical architecture of our systems applications and infrastructure ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic directions.
- Design and implement integration solutions between different systems applications and services to ensure seamless communication and data exchange.
- Stay up to date with the latest technological trends and innovations identifying opportunities for adoption and integration into our systems.
- Work closely with the customers technical teams to seek customerside review signoff of the solutions.
- Develop solution architectures that meet business requirements ensuring scalability reliability and maintainability.
- Single point of customer communication in high level technical issues
- Ensure the security and integrity of our systems applications and data by designing and implementing robust security controls and protocols.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- At least 10 years of experience in Information Technology.
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and review. Should have broad understanding of legacy and modern technologies.
- Experience with multiple programming languages and technologies. (.Net Java Angular Node React etc.)
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
- Experience with containerization (e.g. Docker) and orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g. relational databases NoSQL databases).
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to communicate complex technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

- Bilingual Skills: Near native Japanese and Business level English
Preferred Skills
- At least 6 years of experience in handson technical work.
- Rich background in architectural design frameworks
- Experience in insurance domain
- Strong (nearnative) Japanese skills with businesslevel Japanese skills.
- Experience in Cloud
- Experience with DevOps practices (e.g. continuous integration/continuous deployment).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in software development life cycle
- Experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL)
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
