The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the recruitment process for a wide range of positions including senior management technical roles manufacturing roles and both bluecollar and whitecollar positions. This role offers a competitive salary incentives and the opportunity to renew the contract after the initial 12month period.
Responsibilities:
- Manage endtoend recruitment processes for a variety of positions ensuring the selection of top talent that meets the clients needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media and professional networks.
- Conduct interviews assess candidate qualifications and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet ongoing recruitment needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the client and internal teams.
- Support the completion of the RPO project with highquality hires within the agreed timelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition preferably within an RPO environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes for a wide range of roles including senior management technical and manufacturing positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Willingness to work on a 12month contract with the option to renew upon completion.
