The Opportunity
Were seeking a Midlevel Litigation Associate to join one of our esteemed clients in their Seattle office. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated and complex business litigation matters at both local and national levels. Youll join a collaborative collegial team dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation to a wide range of businesses and individuals.

What Youll Do

  • Manage Complex Litigation: Represent clients in federal and state court proceedings as well as in alternative dispute resolution venues.
  • Deliver Advocacy Excellence: Draft argue and negotiate motions with precision and strategic insight.
  • Collaborate with Experienced Practitioners: Work closely with a team of seasoned attorneys on significant litigation matters.
  • Drive Success: Lead discovery efforts develop case strategies and represent clients effectively in highstakes disputes.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience:
    • Three to five years of experience in complex business litigation.
    • At least two years of litigation experience at a law firm is required.
    • Judicial clerkship experience is preferred but not required.
  • Education: J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
  • Skills: Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills and the ability to manage large sophisticated litigation matters.
  • Mindset: A collaborative detailoriented and clientfocused approach to work.
