Our Agency is looking for motivated Talent Recruiters who are ready to bring in creative and ambitious content creators. If you have a talent for spotting potential and building connections this is your opportunity to earn great commissions while working with a dynamic and growing team.
Tasks
- Identify and recruit potential content creators who fit our agencys profile.
- Reach out to creators and explain the benefits of joining our agency.
- Guide new recruits through the onboarding process.
- Maintain communication and relationships with potential talent.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Experience in talent scouting or recruitment is a plus.
- Ability to identify creators with high potential.
- Selfmotivated and targetdriven.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.
