Job Description
Job Title: Paralegal Specialist
Location: Boston MA 02118
Duration : 2 Months
Seeking a detailoriented Paralegal Specialist for a large document review project. The ideal candidate will analyze and organize extensive documentation to identify relevant information categorize appropriately and flag items for further review or escalation. Prior experience with eDiscovery review platforms and familiarity with handling protected health information (PHI) and personally identifiable information (PII) is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Review and analyze a high volume of documents to identify critical and relevant information.
- Code and categorize documents according to established protocols.
- Flag documents requiring further attention or escalation.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with confidentiality standards especially related to PHI and PII.
- Experience: Prior use of eDiscovery review platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge: Working familiarity with PHI and PII handling.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail organizational skills and the ability to manage large volumes of information.
