Job Description

Profile: Brand Manager

Experience: 02 to 05 years

Industry: Advertising

Roles:

Client Management Relationship Building and Project Management

Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships. (Ex:
Effectively navigate through complexities related to Project management.
Partner collaboratively with other functional areas within the company.
Keeping Notion of every project updated CSA
Monthly targets with wrapups project wise along with weekly and monthly
planning
Be prepared with weekly schedule as well and align the ACM and BCM of the
project meetings CSA
Continuously checking the project assets and documents to make sure it is
updated
Understanding urgent requirements and follow the process for the same (Process
is updated on Notion)

Campaign Management & Revenue Growth

Develop and execute projects to improve clients digital and offline footprint.
Set and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals or targets alongside
establishing KPIs for each client Upsell company products and services to clients.

Team Leadership & Internal Collaboration

Possess great team skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams
(SEO tech measurement & analytics HR finance Design).
Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services.

Communication & ProblemSolving

Have excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
Demonstrate a strong analytical mind and problemsolving attitude.
Possess polished business communication and effective time management skills.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

Be proficient in fundamental MS Office software.
Possess a solid knowledge of new industries and digital technology trends.
Recommend design and implement new projects to improve clients digital
footprint.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Be talented in storytelling and delivering engaging presentations.
Make decisions based on clear priorities and drive value through innovation.
Know the ads and SEO tools very well to strategies the plan to help team
members to achieve the targets
Have knowledge and understanding of technical implementations and API
documentation.
Be a Google Analytics Power User.

Project Coordination

Write emails & messages professionally to record all discussions with the client.
Act as an Account Manager for all social media clients.
Be the interface between the client and the operations team from contract to
completion of the event.

Planning & Reporting

Generate and share monthly reports with the team and client.
Plan monthly marketing campaigns.
Do weekly planning & wrap up of projects.
Analyze and report on ad performance.

Research & Analysis

Monitor and analyze social media metrics (engagement reach conversions) to
assess campaign effectiveness.
Evaluate email marketing campaign performance (open rates clickthrough rates
conversion rates) and optimize campaigns based on data.
Research current digital marketing trends.
Conduct keyword research for SEO and PPC campaigns.
Stay updated on the latest developments in digital marketing technology and
trends

Additional Responsibilities

Ensure the achievement of both topline revenue and bottomline profit targets
through effective marketing strategies.
Optimize the utilization of resources from market research advertising and media
agencies.
Evaluate market research proposals and implement research insights.
Conduct primary and secondary sales analysis to understand sales trends.
Track competitor activity consumer trends media performance and profitability
to stay ahead of the curve.
