Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP HCM modules including Organizational Management (OM) Personnel Administration (PA) Time Management (TM) Payroll and Benefits.
- Customize SAP to meet specific business requirements ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Business Process Analysis:
- Analyze existing HR processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Design and document optimized processes that leverage the capabilities of SAP HCM.
- Requirement Gathering:
- Conduct workshops and interviews with clients to gather and document functional requirements.
- Collaborate with HR business users to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of SAP configurations.
- Identify and resolve issues during testing phases.
- User Training and Support:
- Provide training to endusers on SAP HCM functionalities.
- Offer ongoing support to resolve user queries and issues.
- Project Management:
- Contribute to project planning scheduling and risk management activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of HR processes including organizational management personnel administration time management payroll and benefits.
- Indepth knowledge of SAP HCM modules including configuration and customization.
- Experience in SAP implementation projects preferably fullcycle implementations.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Certification in SAP HCM modules is preferred.
SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) with AMS Experience. 4/5 ECC & S/4 expertise, Multiple Modules (FICO) 4/5 Experience in AMS tracking (Jira/servicenow) and client facing skills 3/5
