A Ground Hostess is a vital member of the airport operations team responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and assisting passengers throughout their journey at the airport. The role involves providing guidance support and ensuring a pleasant travel experience for passengers from checkin to boarding. Ground Hostesses are ambassadors of the airlines brand and must uphold high standards of service communication and professionalism.

Coordination with Airport & Airline Teams
Operational Duties
