- Consistently accurately process payroll for 100 employees
- Monitor attendance leave and sickness records and reflect the same in payroll
- Audit timesheets accurately to ensure wages and benefits are properly distributed
- Research analyze and resolve all discrepancies reporting to management as needed
- Monitor all accounts continually for accuracy
- Ensure accurate taxation is applied to each account
- Provide payroll information to accounts for timely preparation of pay check
- Participate in endofmonth closing and audits
- Prepare yearend leave benefits and compensation reports
- Maintain regular communication with team leaders/Hods and management with regards to compensation leave sickness and other matters
- Communicate with HR teams to make necessary changes/updates to accounts
- Remain in compliance with all legal and institutional requirements at all times
- Ensure client privacy
Requirements
- Masters/Bachelors Degree in HRM or Diploma in T&D or IR or equivalent required
- 3 years experience working in payroll or similar role
- Excellent computer skills including ERP software and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal in Hindi and English language (additional local language preferred)
- Aptitude for numbers and exceptional commitment to accuracy
- Teamplayer with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and time management
- Good negotiation and problem solving skills
- Resourceful and tact
