Details of the role / application as appropriate: The application domain is Fiserv Core DNA a core banking platform supporting account management and transaction processing. This role focuses on delivering customized solutions ensuring client satisfaction and optimizing Core DNA for financial institutions. It involves implementing configuring and improving Core DNA functionality enhancing operational efficiency and compliance.
Key responsibilities and expected output: Client Liaison: Build strong client relationships and translate their needs into actionable plans achieving high client satisfaction. Technical Expertise: Ensure optimal performance of Fiserv Core DNA through expert support seamless implementation and consistent configuration enabling efficient client systems. Practice Leadership: Develop a strategic Fiserv Core DNA practice within Decision Minds fostering a collaborative skilled team ready to meet client demands. Project Management: Oversee projects to completion on time and within budget with crossfunctional alignment for smooth integration. Business Development: Expand the client base for Fiserv Core DNA services through effective proposals and presentations creating new opportunities. Continuous Improvement: Drive service delivery enhancements and adopt new technologies keeping solutions aligned with industry trends.
Required tech stack and other related details: Expertise in Fiserv Core DNA Java SQL API integration (REST SOAP) Cloud platforms (AWS Azure) CI/CD pipelines
Good to have tech stack and other related details: Dynatrace for monitoring.
