Job Description
To handle People and allocate /manage people resources for
BAU management
Manage and ensure submission of all MIS as required by the
management
Initiate and ensure implementation of Transformation ideas for
improving efficiency of the TF team
Manage within the available resources the daily SLAs and
Efficiency counts
perform checking of both import and export documents drawn
under LC Payments collections discounting Open account
loans or settlements as may be required
Good understanding of various swift message types
Performing compliance checks efficiently
Good quality must be maintained with all cases being handled
Knowledge on URC522 UCP600 ISBP rules and on other
relevant banking rules
To follow process SOP or guidelines as advised by the client or
organization end
Adherence to policies and procedures without any deviation
while handling transactions
Understanding TAT/SLA as agreed and producing results
efficiently as expected
Requirements
5 years of experience in Banking field with at least 2year experience
in similar profile with substantial exposure to handling People / being
People Manager.
