Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Test Planning & Strategy
- Develop comprehensive test plans for Oracle HCM ERP EPM and SCM modules.
- Define scope objectives and timelines for testing activities aligned with programme goals.
- Test Design & Execution
- Create and execute detailed test cases scripts and scenarios for functional integration regression and UAT.
- Verify compliance with business requirements and technical specifications.
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- Conduct SIT to validate the integration of Oracle modules with other existing systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration issues.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Coordinate and support UAT ensuring users are adequately prepared and issues are tracked to resolution.
- Document and communicate testing outcomes and recommendations.
- Defect Management
- Identify log and track defects to closure using JIRA.
- Work closely with technical teams and consultants to resolve issues promptly.
- Automation Testing
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for Oracle applications using tools such as Selenium OATS or similar.
- Optimize automation processes to improve efficiency.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Produce detailed test reports and documentation including traceability matrices.
- Communicate testing progress risks and issues to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Test Analyst in Oracle or similar ERP applications.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and module functionalities.
- Handson experience with testing tools like Selenium OATS JIRA HP ALM or similar.
- Solid knowledge of test methodologies SDLC and defect lifecycle.
- Experience in integration testing with Cloud based ERP systems.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and backend testing.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for collaboration with diverse teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality solutions.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced agile environment.
- ISTQB or equivalent certification (preferred).
