Job Description
Luna Socks is an ecommerce startup that sells custom pet socks allowing customers to upload images of their pets to have them printed on highquality socks. As the leading brand in our sector in Europe we are expanding into new markets including Latam. We are looking for a new remote customer support team member who is native in Spanish and answers questions from our Spanish and Latam customers on weekends.
Tasks
- Respond to Customer Queries: Provide timely and professional assistance via email and social media platforms in Spanish.
- Resolve Issues: Handle complaints process refunds manage exchanges and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team.
- Order Management: Track orders answer questions about delivery and ensure customer satisfaction postpurchase.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent the companys values and ensure a positive brand image in every interaction.
Requirements
- Must be proficient in Spanish and fluent in English.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Availability to work weekends.
