Job Description

Role: Associate Attorney (Litigation )
Type: Fulltime OnSite
Location: La Jolla UTC area
Jurisdiction: California with some cases handled nationwide

Responsibilities
  1. Legal Research & Writing:

    • Conduct thorough legal research to support cases.
    • Draft and prepare motions and other legal documents.
  2. Depositions & Court Representation:

    • Conduct depositions and represent clients in California courts and occasionally in other states.
  3. Client Advocacy & ProblemSolving:

    • Analyze case details to craft compelling legal strategies.
    • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex legal issues.
Qualifications
  • Education & Licensure:

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
    • Active California Bar membership.
  • Experience & Skills:

    • Demonstrated skills in legal research and writing.
    • Proven experience conducting depositions and appearing in court.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Additional Attributes:

    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Strong academic performance and a reputable academic pedigree.
