Job Description
Role: Associate Attorney (Litigation )
Type: Fulltime OnSite
Location: La Jolla UTC area
Jurisdiction: California with some cases handled nationwide

Legal Research & Writing:
- Conduct thorough legal research to support cases.
- Draft and prepare motions and other legal documents.

Depositions & Court Representation:
- Conduct depositions and represent clients in California courts and occasionally in other states.

Client Advocacy & ProblemSolving:
- Analyze case details to craft compelling legal strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex legal issues.

Education & Licensure:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
- Active California Bar membership.

Experience & Skills:
- Demonstrated skills in legal research and writing.
- Proven experience conducting depositions and appearing in court.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
