Assignment Start Date: 12/12/2024
Shift: Days Full Time
Salary: $102000.00 to $164000.00
DIRECTION/SUPERVISION OF OTHERS: Assistant Clinical Manager Specialty Coordinators Registered Nurses Surgical Technologists Procedure Area Technicians
DIRECTION/SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Director of Clinical Operations Perioperative Services SVP Procedural Platforms
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- Must have five years of appropriate clinical and leadership experience
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- BSN required Masters Degree required (nursing healthcare or business management preferred)
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- Current RN licensure in the State of DE.
- Participation in professional nursing activities.
- Currently approved specialty certification required CNOR preferred
- BLS required
Knowledge/Abilities/Skills:
- Knowledge of perioperative nursing
- Knowledge and understanding of the social political and economic influences affecting healthcare
- programs
- Ability to make decisions independently
- Ability to organize and plan
- Ability to communicate positively and effectively
- Ability to deal with multiple challenges simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize implement and follow through on plans and goals
- Skill in interpersonal relations
- Skill in problem identification and directing staff in the resolution of the same
- Skill in written and oral communication
- Skill in leadership and mentorship
- Skill in directing people of diverse backgrounds and responsibilities
- Skill in financial management
- Ability to stand sit walk bend lift push pull carry reach twist handle stoop and climb as per unitbased
- Physical Demands Checklist. Position requires that person remain on their feet most of the shift walking or standing.
