MW Partners is currently seeking a Associate Sales Operations Analyst to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Shortterm assignment to audit and reconcile Acrobat Sign (Sign) sales and product usage data within Clients Salesforce (SFDC) sales system and other data reporting systems. Initial assignment duration is 1 quarter / 3 months.
- Based on current data reports analyze how closed sales opportunities are utilizing Sign and how this impacts royalty payments payable by Client to 3rd party partners.
- Start with a Top 100 customer list. Then audit additional customer cohorts in priority order.
- Work with Client Royalty Operations team to adjust royalty payment information in existing sales systems based on audit results.
- Work with Sign Product Management to review current Sign customer usage reports and Sign customer contracts to assess actual customer usage or nonusage.
- (Possible duty) Interface directly with Client 3rd party partners as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business or Finance
- 1 to 3 years experience as an Analyst in Sales and Sales Operations
- Moderate to strong familiarity with Salesforce CRM application
- Moderate to strong familiarity with other data visualization and reporting systems for example Microsoft Power BI Tableau Splunk etc.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel data reporting skills including pivot tables data modeling etc.
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Excellent researching skills
- Exceptional attention to detail when reviewing and summarizing customer sales data and product usage data
- Strong communication skills. Ability to synthesize data into executive summaries to be shared via PowerPoint written summaries or verbally in meetings.
- Strong can do attitude and sense of urgency to achieve meaningful business results over short timeline.
