Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate all
siterelated activities across ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered
on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. This position requires strong leadership
efficient communication and a thorough understanding of construction processes procurement and
operations management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Supervision:
Manage onsite construction activities to ensure adherence to timelines quality and safety
standards.
Monitor compliance with project specifications and identify potential risks or delays.
2. Project Coordination:
Collaborate effectively with contractors engineers vendors and internal teams to align project
goals and schedules.
Conduct regular site inspections to address and resolve any issues.
3. Procurement Management:
Handle procurement processes ensuring timely availability of materials while maintaining
budgetary controls.
Validate material specifications and quality to meet project requirements.
4. Operational Oversight:
Supervise and streamline construction operations to meet project milestones.
Address operational challenges and provide innovative solutions to improve efficiency.
5. Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate documentation including site reports procurement records and compliance
checklists.
Provide detailed project updates reports and recommendations to the Operations Head.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in civil engineering Construction Management or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 4 years in a similar role.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in construction management software/tools (e.g. MS Project
AutoCAD or Primavera).
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Effective communication and team management capabilities.
Thorough understanding of construction materials techniques and safety standards.
