PRIMARY PURPOSE
This position is accountable for performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the Manager and/or department to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Relieve management of administrative detail all projects
Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines
Keep projects on schedule
Compose correspondence/reports for own or manager s signature.
Research draft or abstract reports
Prepare quotations for customers
Assist with creating financial models
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist management as an interpreter for Spanish speaking employees.
Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum education job experience certifications skills knowledge and abilities that incumbent must typically have to perform the essential functions of the job acceptably with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Proficient in English and conversational Spanish
Proficient in Accounts Payable
Three years of related work experience
Two years of experience in accounting
Excellent computer skills with a strong knowledge of Windows Excel Word and PowerPoint are necessary.
Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment

Excellent verbal and written communication/language skills required to include the ability to provide written and verbal instructions compile and present business reports/correspondence and present information clearly.

Ability to cooperate and interpersonal skills to work effectively as a team member.
