Hiring for Area Sales Manager – HL & LAP (DSA/Connectors Vertical) in a Leading Bank
Location:Chennai
CTC: Up to 18 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales through DSAs/Connectors.
- Identify onboard and manage channel partners to achieve sales targets.
- Develop market strategies analyze trends and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance and generate regular performance reports.
Requirements:
- 6–8 years of experience in HL and LAP sales and Team handling
- Proven expertise in DSA/channel management.
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be a local candidate from Chennai.
