Attending calls and take complete details of caller before transferring/responding to the caller
Maintain Inward/Outward Register
Maintain Courier Register Acknowledgement slip
Drivers Duty
Keep a record of Office Boys Outdoor duty register and attendance
Handling all Office & other Utility bills (Mobile Telephone Electricity Gas bills etc.)
Responsible for all Office Equipment regular servicing maintenance and repairing as when required (Telephone EPABX AC Vehicle servicing Access Control Fridge TV Tata Sky and any other) also look after renewals of all AMCs.
New Recruitments Placement Job portals CVs summary interview etc
To monitor and ensure good Housekeeping at office and reporting in case of any discrepancies handling the payment to agency.
Travel/Hotels booking when required
