Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders including education administrators faculty and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Conduct workshops interviews and analysis sessions to gather and document detailed business requirements user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to design solutions configure Salesforce CRM modules and customize features based on business requirements.
- Create and maintain documentation including process flows data models system configurations and user guides.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog sprint planning and release management activities using Azure DevOps (ADO) tools.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate user training and adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Monitor and report on project progress issues and risks ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed.
- Support postimplementation activities such as data migration integration testing and production support.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Salesforce CPQ (Configure Price Quote) functionalities.
