We are seeking a German Recruiter to join their dynamic HR team in Porto.
Responsibilities:
As a recruiter you will:
- Attract and engage candidates using diverse channels such as databases social media platforms and job fairs.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates skills knowledge experience and aptitudes.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and managers to ensure alignment with hiring requirements.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process to integrate new employees effectively into the organization.
- Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the selection process establishing yourself as a trusted partner.
- Create maintain and update analytical reports and recruitment databases.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role you should:
- Possess a high level of fluency in German (written and oral) and a solid command of English.
- Hold a university degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Demonstrate proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Be skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and managing resume databases.
- Exhibit excellent organizational communication and presentation abilities.
- Be familiar with recruitment methods including creating hiring profiles conducting assessments and managing interview processes.
