Are you fluent in Czech with strong communication skills Join our team in Lisbon and elevate your career by working with leading global brands!
The Job:
Together with your colleagues you will engage in B2B outbound sales for small and mediumsized businesses (SMBs). You will work with a high volume of hot leads aiming for a conversion rate of 15% with an expected 35 sales per day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish an efficient courteous and personalized contact with Company customers by telephone in Czech.
- Convert calls into reservations using positive sales and marketing techniques;
- Provide efficient and accurate information and assistance to the clients offering them a solution adapted to their needs;
- Establish and maintain effective collaboration with Company partners
Requirements:
- Fluent Czech language skills;
- Proficient English communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal communication and problemsolving abilities;
- Basic technical and computer skills;
- Ability to multitask and remain focused in a dynamic environment;
- Teamoriented with a capacity to thrive in a fastpaced energetic setting.
